Helena upholds the National Housing Federation (NHF) Code of Governance, and has adopted a commitment to make information publicly available across all areas of Helena business.

Through this commitment to sharing information, we intend to promote a spirit of openness and accessibility. We will endeavour to provide our customers, lenders, regulators and other stakeholders with the access to the information that they want, when they want it - although we must follow the legislative framework within which we operate. This means that personal or sensitive data can only be disclosed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other relevant legislation.
