Under One Roof is a new service for letting rented homes in St Helens. It has been developed by St Helens Council, Helena Partnerships and all other housing associations who operate in St Helens.

All Helena Partnerships’ homes are let through Under One Roof.

Would you like to live in another area? If you would like to move house, why not register with HomeSwapper, the online home exchange service?

Anyone who lives in social rented housing can register on this website and look for another social rented home that meets your needs and you would like to move into.

If you are a Helena Homes tenant you can join this service for free. To register to use HomeSwapper, visit www.HomeSwapper.co.uk.

How it works...

The website will automatically match you to homes that meet your requirements. HomeSwapper will then email or text you with the details of your matches and you will be able to access information on other suitable properties which you could swap with.

Once you have found a potential swap, contact your landlord to discuss it. Your landlord will then review your request and if this is successful they will begin an application form process to enable you to exchange your home.
