Our promise to residents

We will tell you about what is happening through:

• Helena Headlines at least four times per year
• an annual report which tells you about our performance and how we compare to other organisations like ours
• listening events and conferences
• well-trained staff who can answer your enquiries
• Telling you how we have responded to tenant involvement

We will involve everyone by providing:

• Information on tape, in Braille, in large print or in another language, including a translation and interpretation service
• Venues that are accessible to everyone
• Opportunities for residents from minority groups to get involved
• Equality and diversity training for active residents

We will help you to stay involved:

• By providing help and support such as childcare costs, out of pocket expenses, training and stationery.
