Tenants are being encouraged to have a greater say in Helena services by signing up to join a dedicated tenant panel.
Helena Homes are looking for new recruits to join the Customer Excellence Panel and the One Voice and mystery shoppers teams, so they can get involved in directing Helena's services.
A Customer Excellence taster day will be held on Thursday, June 10, from noon to 3pm at the Park Inn, St. Helens, to give tenants the chance to find out more about the different ways of getting involved.
Nina Peters, Performance and Intelligence Manager, said: "We already have a well-established Customer Excellence Panel, who actively challenge Helena's services as part of our new five-year promises. We want to give more tenants the chance to have their say, so we are on the lookout to recruit new people to the team who are passionate about improving the standards of Helena services.
"The taster day will offer tenants the opportunity to join our One Voice consultation panel, who take part in regular surveys and focus groups. We will also be recruiting mystery shoppers, who provide a 'reality check' on our services. Whether you can only manage the occasional telephone survey or have time to attend regular meetings, your input is invaluable to us no matter how big or small."
