Helena’s Customer Excellence Website Is 1!

Helena's Customer Excellence website has reached its first anniversary.

Packed with information, facts and news, the site showcases Helena's approach to tenant-led scrutiny, serving to provide a valuable resource for tenants, housing associations and partner organisations.

Among the features of the site - www.excellenceathelena.co.uk - are performance reports, highlighting the association's successes while also demonstrating a continued commitment to making improvements where necessary.

The site also provides tenants with information on the range of outlets available to get involved in scrutinising Helena's performance through a Menu of Opportunities.

Helena is one of just 10 Tenant Service Authority (TSA) Co-Regulatory Champions in the country, with the Customer Excellence website used as part of the successful bid to attain this status.

Sandra Binns, Chair of the Customer Excellence Panel, said: "Our Customer Excellence website is a fantastic resource which really shines a light on Helena's approach to performance and scrutiny - providing an interesting insight for tenants and other housing associations into what we do."
