Getting help...

The Rents team are available to all customers who have any queries or concerns regarding their rent or their ability to pay the rent.

We do not deal solely with people in arrears but are available to offer advice and assistance in order to prevent arrears occurring and to try and maximise income by looking at entitlement to Welfare Benefits.

While we are happy to help in whatever way we can, there may be times when you want specialist help. Below are details of some agencies who offer advice and assistance in a number of ways.
