You can only make payments on this site using your credit or debit card. The card must also be registered at your home address. If you wish to pay your rent, home insurance or invoice using a card registered to somebody else, such as a family member, please call us on 01744 636969.
So that we can process your payment you must enter your tenancy reference number (rent payments only), your home contents reference number or your account number and document/invoice number for invoice payments.
Please note: When submitting your payment details, please ensure that you click the button just once to avoid the payment being taken twice. The system may take up to 10 seconds to acknowledge your submission, so please be patient. If you think you may have duplicated your payment please contact One Call on 01744 637383 and ask to be put through to the Finance department.
