Accessible, responsive and local services
As we set out our ambitious plans to develop our business, we will not lose sight of our commitment to our customers – to provide services that are consistent, accessible, responsive, efficient and local. We recognise that the aspirations of our residents are changing and we will continue to modernise the way we provide services to meet these expectations now and in the future.
Our priorities are:
- To improve the customers’ experience of us when they use our services.
- To be in the top 25% when compared to organisations like ours for overall performance and cost.
- To provide services that are responsive to the individual needs of all our customers.
