Green Space Service

Helena Partnerships is currently developing a new Green Space Service to enable delivery of high quality landscape maintenance, management and green space improvements within our estates.  

We believe that in order to provide inspiring neighbourhoods where people want to live and spend their leisure time, we need to ensure that the landscapes are managed and improved over time, in partnership with the local communities.  We need to ensure that we respond to the need for more dynamic, diverse landscapes for different functions and active use by residents and for increased biodiversity and wildlife.  At the same time we need to ensure that the landscapes are well maintained, sustainable and manageable in the context of climate change effects.   

As part of our responsive approach to landscape, we are developing an in-house team of skilled landscape professionals.  We will also work in partnership with external experts including contractors and other partners, as necessary to deliver specific aspects of the service that require particular skills.
