Being open and transparent

Helena (part of the Torus group) fosters a culture of honesty and integrity.  We aim to create an open and transparent environment for our colleagues, customers and suppliers.

As a non-profit organisation, we inspire qualities of selflessness, integrity, objectivity, accountability, openness, honesty and leadership.  These qualities are embedded in the Group and form part of the induction process for new starters and refresher training for colleagues.

We have recently reviewed our Fraud Policy and Fraud Response Plan and our stance which is led from the Board at the top of the organisation is a zero tolerance approach to any kind of fraud and we provide clear guidance on how to raise any concerns.  Fraud, Whistle Blowing, Anti-Bribery and Probity policies are in place to provide a framework within which the group can operate.
