IMPORTANT UPDATE: Foundry Wharf Extra Care Scheme, St Helens – Delays News
Cruden Construction, the company building Foundry Wharf, have sadly announced they are to bring in Administrators, which has meant that all works making the final finishes to Foundry Wharf have been delayed.
We are working hard behind the scenes to ensure any delays impacting the completion of Foundry Wharf are minimal and once resolved, we will be looking to move people into Foundry Wharf as quickly as possible.
We have already updated all residents of Parr Mount Court, who were due to move into Foundry Wharf and will continue to update our residents and applicants as soon as we can as their comfort and wellbeing is of paramount importance to us at this time.
We are still taking applications from people wishing to move into the scheme. Find out more.
