Our online services put all your information at your fingertips.

  • You can view your latest rent statement and all your current payments
  • You can report and schedule repairs
  • You can pay safely and securely
  • You can set up a Direct Debit
  • And you can change or update your personal details

Better still you can do it all without ever picking up the phone!

All you need to do is activate your account using your tenancy reference number (you’ll find this on your tenancy agreement).  Your tenancy reference number has 9 digits and starts with 1, 2 or 3:

  • Starts 1000: St Helens customers before September 2021.
  • Starts 2000: Warrington customers before September 2021.
  • Starts 3000: New customers from September 2021 / all Liverpool customers
