Derbyshire Hill, Parr and Ashtons Green

With a range of one and two bedroom flats as well as two and three bedroom family homes with gardens on offer, these areas are always popular. Located just 10 minutes from the M6 and M62, along with public transport links to Newton-le-Willows, Widnes and Warrington our homes are also close to two ‘Excellent’ Ofsted rated primary schools and two well-established high schools. Alongside this there are a range of local shops, including a Post Office, library and a recently refurbished leisure centre with swimming pool. There is also plenty of green space too, with a number of 'Green Flag' parks providing outdoor activities for you and your family. 

Sutton and Clock Face

If you’re looking for a modern family home with 2-5 bedrooms, a bungalow or flat in easy reach of Liverpool and Manchester these areas are perfect for you. St Helens Junction and Lea Green train stations provide daily rail services across the North West and beyond in addition to bus routes into St Helens town centre. The largest public park in St Helens, Sherdley Park, is also within walking distance and there are a range of local shops in Sutton Village and at Four Acre. 

Sutton Manor and Bold

These areas, located close to the M62, offer a mixture of one and two bedroom flats as well as two and three bedroom homes. They also sit alongside the Bold Forest Park, home of ‘Dream’; a large scale art installation that celebrates the area's rich mining heritage, offering semi-rural country walks and panoramic views across Merseyside and Cheshire.

Town Centre and Fingerpost

These areas offer a diverse range of houses, bungalows, flats and a sheltered housing complex all in and around St Helens town centre. As you would expect from such a central location a wealth of activities and amenities are on your doorstep, including a number of retail parks, restaurants, supermarkets and traditional high street shopping. Rail and bus stations with regular services to Liverpool, Manchester and many locations in-between are also within walking distance and access to motorway links are just a 10 minute drive away.

Moss Bank and Billinge

These areas offer traditionally built family homes with gardens, as well as flats and bungalows close to the East Lancashire Road (A580) and wider motorway network. They are surrounded by lots of green space, including Carr Mill Dam, providing picturesque lakeside trails and countryside walks. A number of ‘Good’ Ofsted rated primary schools and shops are nearby and St Helens Town Centre is within easy access by bus or car.

Newton-le-Willows and Earlestown

The popular historic market towns of Newton-le-Willows and Earlestown are home to a diverse range of properties within easy access by road and rail to Warrington, Liverpool, Widnes and Manchester. The ever popular area of Eccleston includes Old Eccleston and Gillars Green and is ideally located for the commuter. Thatto Heath and Sutton Heath

Thatto Heath and Sutton Heath are popular choices for those looking for family homes with gardens. Homes here are a diverse mix of traditionally built homes and open plan estates. Three ‘Excellent’ Ofsted rated primary schools are all within easy reach along with two pre-school day nurseries. The area is serviced by regular bus routes and two train stations offering regular services across the North West, perfect for those commuting. There’s plenty of green space too with two large parks within walking distance and St Helens town centre is less than two miles away. 

Haydock and Blackbrook

Both these areas are very popular and offer you two and three bedroom homes, flats and bungalows. All are within easy reach of a number of primary and secondary schools as well as a range of local shops, including a Post Office, library and leisure centre. They are also located on bus routes to St Helens town centre as well as close to the M6 and East Lancashire Road (A580).
