Our investment in you

We're pretty proud of our Investors in People status, because we think it shows what a good place we are to work. Having 'taken gold' and achieved an Investors in People Gold Award for the second time round, we're the only employer in the North West to meet all 196 criteria. Alongside this, we have been named as the top organisation for people management in the UK by winning the Most Innovative People Strategy Award in the first Investors in People Awards 2014.

We've also been recognised at the National Training Awards for our unique approach to coaching, with further awards for our leadership and management training, work-life balance and health and wellbeing.
