At Helena we want to make sure our customers receive both good service and value for money.
With this in mind we have decided to permanently close our Helena East and Millersdale offices to the public from Friday 31st March.
Tony McKinnon, Strategy Manager, said: “Visitor numbers for both these offices have been very low for some time. As a business we felt that centralising services would improve the help and support we offer, and the money saved will be reinvested in the areas that need it most.”
“All our existing groups, community garden and meeting rooms will remain open as usual and pre-arranged appointments can still be made at all Helena offices as well as in customers’ homes.”
Helena Central is only 10 minutes away by car and on the main bus route to St Helens from both locations. To view details click here.
Customers, who would like to find out more about the changes, or learn how to set up an online account, are invited to an open event at Helena Central on Wednesday 15th March, 1.30- 3.00pm.
